Working out

4 day split program.. Started working out with 3 day split, but it shifted to a 4 day split workout program. It basically is this program right here, but with some minor modifications and it really does work.

Okay, so now I'm starting this blog -
Maybe some miscellaneous writings first, but afterwards will be mostly about weight and gym training, mountainbiking and technology things also.
